Quality Technology
The staff at Trinity is responsible for product quality and improving customer satisfaction. Trinity’s Quality Management System has been registered to ISO 9001:2008 at its Davenport, Iowa; Burlington, Iowa; Wichita, Kansas; and Fargo, North Dakota sites. Trinity products are assured to have full-lot traceability at use point. Included in this product control are kits, line-side containers, and all product shipments. Our quality inspection ensures that product is checked and audited for accuracy.
Trinity also offers complete chemical, physical and manufacturer’s test reports upon request. Additionally, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) paperwork is available. The following comprehensive range of testing can be provided:

Engineering Technology
Trinity’s Engineering Technical Services team performs the initial print and specification review on new and changed products to ensure manufacturability and to identify issues prior to implementation. This team also provides application engineering support.

Universal Parts Database
Trinity’s Universal Parts Database contains full part attribution and allows our engineers to cross-reference standard and customer-specific parts supplied across operations to our own unique id. This facilitates a focused spend, which provides greater benefits to customers through more competitive pricing and part availability.
Information Technology
Utilizing industry leading technology, Trinity improves the flow of products, services, and information across all levels of the supply chain, resulting in excellence in operations. Trinity uses the powerful Oracle eBusiness Suite to achieve lean procurement and a demand driven inventory management system. Our solution provides real-time information, and supply chain exception-based alerts to manage an effective process. We offer technology-driven capabilities such as: mobile computing, online ordering, electronic data interchange (EDI) capability, file transfer protocol (FTP), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), bar coding, supplier portal and an extensive array of management reporting to provide the most advanced speed-to-market delivery for faster response. Trinity relies on a sophisticated IT infrastructure to keep the supply chain moving.

Our quality management system goes beyond product and is incorporated into all of our processes. Trinity invests heavily in developing and maintaining a policy and procedure database that controls and tracks procedures and documentation throughout all our operational sites. It’s available to our entire workforce across all sites through our intranet system.
